The band that did that song is long gone, but she put out a solo effort recently. I love her voice.

A mild form of vibrato? I dunno.

It's a form of natural vibrato. (I know, 'cause I've got the same thing.) You might not recognize it as vibrato because most "vibrato" that you hear is an affected embellishment.
