Is this something I'd need to speak Korean to understand? Because my brother speaks Korean. I should ask him what Samsung means.

Samsung is the largest (having recently outstripped Sony and others) electronics company in the world. It owns a significant chunk of Korea its people.

As far as Young Hae Chang goes, a search on the blue will reveal much linkage and discussion of her work in the past. She rocks.

The '...means to come' bit is from an old, typically fractured-Konglish ad campaign they ran many years back, in Korea.
