Well babies are an incredible source of protein, but they tend to make the pancakes chewy.

Here's the recipe for those of you who don't want to sign your soul over to CBN and register:

Pat's Age-Defying Protein Pancakes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons non-fat, plain yogurt
2 tablespoons safflower oil
1 cup skim milk
1 cup ten-grain or multigrain pancake flour
2 rounded tablespoons soy flour
1 pinch baking powder

Quick and Easy Maple Syrup
1/2 cup water
1 Packet Sweet'n Low
1/8 tsp Maple flavoring
pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:
1. Flush the non-fat yogurt, soy flour, skim milk, and sweet-n-low down the toilet.
2. Wash your hands.
3. Go out to IHOP.
