I think people on the left think he is totally not in charge
but sometimes worry that secretly he might be.

I feel that way myself most of the time, most of the actions of my government seem like the acts of cool, sober, evil evil people. Then about the other 30% of the time I feel like our government is run by a chickenshit wethead twerp.
