Baltimore Meetup Saturday Sept 3rd. That's tomorrow. 7pm, Max's in Fell's Point. Of course, I was writing the post, but now MetaTalk contains no data, so maybe it will just be MeCha's there. Obviously I can't include a link to the MeTa thread, but check there later if you want to do so. Oh yeah, apparently one is to look for the stuffed shark.

I'm having a bit of a disco freak out. Over the past week here at work, we've had an average of 2 layoffs a day. The head of my department (a ten year vet of the company) just quit in a huff. I wonder if he knows something I don't. It's been a freaky week in a buncha other ways too.

I'm get outta work at one today. I'm going here to drown my sorrows/settle my nerves here. Anyone who wants to comisserate can join me.

*cries* I will not be here. I will be on my way to Gettysburg to spend quality time with someone else's grandmother. Just to feel like I'm involved, I will force her to drink several shots of tequila and write a shoutout to the bunnies on her least wrinkly part. Or most wrinkly part. It all depends on how many shots of tequila I have.
