you have a lot of fans + you often mention various degrees of undress/nakedness on your part, hence said fans may be tempted to check out your flickr page just in case?

anyway, when MeFi crashed I had just posted something on the front page. maybe it's my fault. it was a post about Paul Celan's Todesfuge, by the way. you know, maybe MeFi won't come back at all, so that you know what was MetaFilter's last post evar.

I posted some photos on flickr, most don't get any views which is fine since I've posted them for friends. I posted one of a wild orchid, and it quickly had like 30 views (and none since then), but never comments. Must be a lot of silent orchid fans out there I guess (or, as I suspect, it is a crappy picture). People are so polite about not wanting to hurt my feelings about how crappy the photos are. If you don't have anything nice to say...
