ABC & CNN have been infected by the Zotob worm, which affects systems under Windows 2000. The Plug & Play Buffer Overflow Vulnerability seems to be the key.

Customers who believe they have been attacked should contact their local FBI office or post their complaint on the Internet Fraud Complaint Center Web site.

So "customer" means anyone using Windows right? So if your computer is infected by this worm, Microsoft wants you to call the FBI?
