At long last... it's a labiaplasty blog!

Is there any part of the body that people aren't having plastic surgery on? Every time I read about another part of my body that I never even thought about yet which probably needs to be altered in some way, I die a little. Or baby jesus cries. Or something.

This last month has just flew by. I can't believe it has been a month since I started this blog.

So many inferior vaginas, so little time.

mygothlaundry, I'm with you. I just recently came to terms with the fact that my boobs were never going to be naturally "perky". Now I have to worry about the size of my labia?

The perception that some women have of a "bulge" in their pants is that of masculinity. Women in most cases want to feel feminine. This feeling can impair the libido of many women.

Uh, I'm pretty sure it's the self-consciousness that's impairing the libido. And a week of excellent head with the lights on should convince any lady it's pretty enough. Any male MeChatters wanna sign up as part of my roving troupe to cheer ladies across America?

Maybe she could have used the surgery to keep her husband but now htat he is gone she is content with being the trajic figure and won't get her face done ofr 6 months when everyone has forgotten her and she tries to get on a TV reality show.

This fucking pisses me off. Of course, I'm always a little ambivalent about these sorts of things, because as a general rule I don't have a problem with body mods, per se. But, in my view, women having labia reduction surgery to feel more "feminine" makes as much sense as men having penis reduction surgery to feel more "masculine".

Dissed at Scarleteen's Forum
Posted at a Scarleteen forum post this last weekend. My post was erased and no response or e-mail was given. The open-minded opposition no doubt

His post here--which he links to--was no doubt one telling the girl that--despite the other posters' statements that labia come in all different shapes and sizes, and that men (or women) are aware of this, and there is no "perfect" shape or size for anything... was probably one recommending that she cut them off!

What a fucking dickhead!
