I am sitting in a restaurant and just looked at this. My server and a bus person came over and were just appalled, so I am happy. Service sucked. I giggled at the cowboy.

yeah...I nearly posted that to the blue amberglow - there's some very ~~twisted~~ good photoshoppery in there. But I had a change of heart. It could do with a bit of editing methinx.

you can't, directly. The only way around it is to make a screen shot, then crop the image so that only the part you want shows up.

You probably have a "print screen" key on the top row of your keyboard. Info.
