Ask MeCha about the next mix →[More:]So I'm kind of technologically challenged, big whoop.

I didn't realise till kenko (I think?) pointed out that the songs I uploaded for the last mix weren't in mp3 format. I went through my itunes and found that only about a third of my songs were mp3s. So, sometime I must have switched my import preferences away from mp3. Not that I can remember, because I'm kind of flaky like that. I changed my import preferences back. So!

1. Is there any way I can convert my non-mp3 files to mp3 or do I have to re-import all the songs into my itunes as mp3s?

2. Does this mean that nobody could listen to my mix (such that it was) and for the next one, I should just upload the same songs?

Itunes > Preferences > Importing > Set to Import Using MP3 Encoder

Then ctrl-click on the song and choose "Convert selection to mp3"

Ta-da!
