Lemon problem. What should I do with the juice of twelve lemons and two limes?
Got some of the rind left too? Good! Now all you need is 3 egg yolks, 1 14-ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk per 1/2 cup of that lemon juice. Beat the egg yolks til fluffy, gradually beat in the milk and lemon juice and the rind from two lemons. Pour the stuff into one of those pre-made pastry shells or crumb crust things or bake one. Bake in oven 30-35 minutes on.. uhm.. I forget the temp. Yaknow, normal heat.
I want a lime rickey. Not one of those bullshit bottled raspberry lime rickeys they have at the corner bodega, either.
The kind my dad used to make after we came in from playing catch. We'd go out on the porch to drink 'em so we wouldn't get sweat on the furniture and he'd get a funny sunburn from not washing the lime juice off the backs of his hands.
Aw darn. No lemon pie for you. Get drunk instead. I'd do margeritas in this heat. And bleach my hair, sunning on the roof with my booze in hand and leftover lemon on hair.
I second dabitch's idea -- non-key lemon pie. Buy one or two more lemons (they're cheap right now) and grate the rind. Here's a page of recipes for key lime juice, just modify to use mostly-lemon juice instead.
Lemon curd. It is deeee-licious. You can use it as the filling to smush between shortbread cookies or make lemon tarts or pile it on a piece of lemon pound cake or do what I do and eat it straight. Mmmm. Lemon curd.
Oh shoot, I just noticed you had no zest. Well it only takes the zest of one and lemons can be had for next to nothing. Trust me, a life without lemon curd is no life at all.

LJ, me too, which makes me think i've heard someone use zest that way before
if all else fails, it does wonders for your garbage disposal and anything that needs the acidity/fresh scent.
you can clean all kinds of things, use the juice for insivible ink, keep things from going brown with oxygenation, clean your windows, help your throat, make facial-- oh how i do go on, but there is so much more, not to mention the oil in the non boogery zest
and as sarah says, they toss very well. take some to the theatre.
