It's "Mesa que mas Aplauda" by Climax, as nomis said.
The weirdest thing is that the band used to be the house band at a strip club (Climax) in Veracruz, Mexico when a record producer "discovered" them. They became a big hit before people found out where they came from.

The lyrics mesa que mas aplauda le mando a la niña translates roughly to I'll send the girl to the table that claps the most. And people still didn't know what the song was about.
