That said: Is this from Roger and Me? I've always thought that that scene in the movie said more about Michael Moore than he perhaps realized. He basically paints the woman who raises rabbits for food as a monster, while all she's trying to do is get by. I never understood why some out of work people got his respect and others didn't.

You can accuse Moore of many things but I think you'll find he's not down on her at all - on the commentary for Roger & Me I think he says something about the bunnies being a metaphor for the people of Flint. Apparently there's a follow up film (which I haven't seen) where he goes back and checks up on how she's getting on.

dodgyg-I'll have to go back and watch the movie, which I only saw once when it was first out. I liked it a lot, but remember very clearly being troubled that Moore seemed to be mocking that woman. I may have mis-read it, I was only probably 16 at the time.

The fact that it was posted by buttes was the warning.

That said, it did have a bunny in it. Bunnies are pretty cool.

I ate hassenfeffer a couple of times when I ate meat- it was pretty good. And I had a rabbit somethingorother with raisins too. I hate raisins.
