How Stella Lost Her "Groove"--To Guys --nasty divorce, juicy dirt.
His loss, Terry looks pretty hot in that pic. Come sit on this skinny white boy's lap and tell your troubles, baby doll...

Nice to know you're not ageist, jonmc. A bit of lap is probably just what she needs. Heartcrushing bummer...

not the number of years
but the relative attentive mileage over time

the "dog-grooming business" is the funniest part of the story

"juicy dirt" - wouldn't that be mud?

Jeez. Give the guy a break. (and some money).
The way this article is written is awful. And J.L. King can suck my cock. The Twat.

I can't believe she didn't know he was gay, unless this one is thick as two planks. Women just know. Anyway, I'm sure she'll get lots of sympathy and another book deal out of it, so she'll be just fine.

I think when the Washington Post writes about it, it gets upgraded/cleaned up to "dirt". ; >

She totally will, Alex.

she may not have needed to know

btw: i meant writing the book was a sleazebag move
rather pointedly cruel considering the nature of the beast at hand

"It's very scary for her," Hersh said yesterday, "because he appears to have been living a dual life that has left her exposed to disease."

At the risk of overgeneralization, maybe if African-American culture as a whole was more accepting of gay people, living a "dual life" wouldn't be necessary and women wouldn't get themselves tangled in as many unfaithful relationships.

at the risk of specificity, maybe it sucks these people are forced to deal with this crap in a public forum
the limelight makes everyone look like a cartoon

The best is the ending, when the writer wonders who'll get the groove.

Is it just me, or is that story really badly written? I swear I could hear the author snapping her fingers, sucking her teeth, and lolling her head around in disgust, with an occasional "mmkay?" or "mm-hmmm!" fnording around between the text.
