Does anybody really know what time it is? What time zone is MetaChat set in? Also, because I am incapable of carrying out basic calculations, is it possible to have an indication of "current time" in whatever zone that is displayed somewhere?

i'm in michigan and the server is showing michigan time. come to think of it, i think i read something about the server actually being in michigan. but maybe that was mofi...

It is 2.24 pm in Australia (well, in Queensland, anyway - EST) now, but it is also the 7 June, so if any of you USians want to know what happens tommorow, ask me.

For those who are interested in such things - the server is hosted in the US of A because hosting in the UK would probably cost twice as much. I could have changed the time zone but since most folks here are American I figured I'd leave it as it is. With such an international user base we might as well create our own time zone. We can call it MEH.
