Cool concept, but not entirely effective.

Here was my question:

It is a good concept. But it does need tweaking. Bastard marked me wrong for putting pulmonary veins instead of pulmonary vein. Sheesh.
And is it Ajax that makes for background loading as with gmail so that it's a bit faster? But I agree with the author, the questions seem a tad hard.

Bloody hell, that's hard.

Neat idea, but some of the answers are way too obscure and it is too easy to cheat (submit answer, back, submit correct answer, profit).
