Myke has made his livelihood in songwriting, freelance writing, sound-art composition, and radio broadcasting. He currently edits the blog '''Shortwavemusic''', runs the record label Obscure-Disk, and spends his days in editing and post-production for a nationally-syndicated NPR show. He is also working on his fifth album - his first full-on "pop" record in eight years.

He shares a home with an orange tabby named Ryko.

Hi, I'm Mykescipark. I'm a radio producer and sound artist in Los Angeles, CA.

Currently, I produce a show heard on NPR stations nationwide and freelance for a few others. I also travel the world with my shortwave radio and a briefcase full of field-recording gear. Ridiculously, this is close to becoming a full-on career.
