A drum stick is an implement used to bang on a drum. It is also a term for the cooked leg of a chicken, and it's also a tasty ice cream treat. Sometimes the tasty ice cream treat has chocolate on the bottom of the cone, but more often than not the drumstick makers cheat you out of that bit.
