− | Scody has lived in many interesting places, including Laramie, Wyoming and Vienna, Austria. (Yes, Wyoming is plenty interesting, even if you're not "fishin'" in them mountains.) She currently lives in Los Angeles, which she initially loved, then hated, then made her peace with. She rather persistently misses Chicago, but after nearly 6 years in L.A. she is convinced that human beings were not made to function at temperatures below 50 degrees fahrenheit. Also, she has a cool job, three adorable nephews, and a good man here, so the glories of eating Chicago dogs* at Wrigley Field, while wonderful, just don't quite stack up at this point.

− | *The culinary delight that is a Chicago dog (None better! None!) consists of the following: a Vienna Beef dog on a steamed poppyseed bun, with tomato slices, diced onion, dill pickle spear, peppers, mustard, and celery salt. Putting any combination of ketchup, cheese, or chili on a dog is an abomination in the eyes of the lord.
