Israel/Palestine, India, and the US... I hear that times are tough for our US metachatters... my sisters say that the lines you guys are having to put up with at the gas pumps are the longest they've ever been (since the 70's fuel/oil crisis I'm guessing, thanks to the Arab countries blocking their trade thanks to the happenings in the middle-east that decade). And the same is happening this century as well, as it will again and again until this crisis in the middle-east is cured once and for all, which looks more and more like an uncertainty at this point.→[More:]

What was that poster's name who was on the site all those years back, who had the gall to try and justify what was happening over there with the palestinian people while she so comfortably was sitting at home, with her kids and husband--without a fear in the world... I'm forgetting the idiot's name... she had just succeeded in getting a book deal or something? Why does it surprise me though, being a native of a country that flexed its own muscle over the Native American people all those years ago--slaughtering up-to 500 million (by historical evidence) in the centuries since America was not even an idea. I bet the murderess was a staunch supporter of the massacres in a previous life--supporting the killing of those poor souls while stating that they had no right to the land on which they were born, since now they believed it was their birth right to invade and conquer, thanks to their god. Fucking shameful.

As for India--we're royally fucked. For decades even, after this virus is through. Prices have been on a steady increase even before the Pandemic had struck, thanks to the illogical economic policies being practiced by my current government of fools.
