Ugg. I hate sharing with bugs.

Having lived in mobile homes all my adult days, I swore "no more bugs" before moving into my current abode and sprayed down the inside before even moving in.

Don't know if you feel comfortable doing it, but I spray outside my place monthly(ish). The concentrate and a pump (pressure) sprayer are easy. During tick season, I spray the yard, too. I like the bayer brand concentrate.

We need to spray again - I found over 5 centipedes in the kitchen floor this morning. I try to spray either early morning or late night, so it will have a chance to dry before the bees etc are out. Bugs are not negotiable in the house, though.

So in googling them I find out they can shoot stink spray three feet. Real charmers those bugs.

Ugh, any form of roach is the WORST and whoever had the idea they should be able to fly....*shudder*.

Good news on the mosquitos: If you build or buy a few bat boxes, the bats can help keep the population down.

Sometimes at dusk I can watch the bats scooping up mosquitos around my yard. Love those little bug eaters.

Yes, we get bats flying in from the forest to swoop the mosquitos away.

I hate roaches with the passion of a thousand burning suns. I would both shit myself and die simultaneously if I saw a two-inch flying roach.
