A music student sings Schubert while having brain surgery in Utrecht →[More:]At 2:43 he fades temporarily. A bit later they compliment him on his singing and have to wipe away his tears.
The have him sing to make sure the surgery is going well.

When you speak German it's not that hard to sing Schubert.
This is my favourite rendition. (The singer looks like that because of his mother taking thalidomide during her pregnancy)
