Could anyone look over some code for me? →[More:]I do some side work as a layman webmaster for the small business my wife works for. Recently, the owner contracted an SEO firm (ugh!) to make some changes to boost the site's rankings.

I recently noticed they had inserted some SEO code into a couple of pages on the site. Personally, I think the code is ****ing sloppy, but I'm an amateur so what do I know? Would anyone have a moment to take a look at the code they inserted and let me know if my initial reaction is correct?

I'd prefer to do this offline, via email, if possible.
