Photo Friday Reportage: your bookcases and favourite books? Is there any interest in that?→[More:]Metachat seems a rather bookish bunch to me. If you're anything like I you can look at your books and what you see is filled with meaning: its easy to come up with a few lines per picture why this is meaningful to you.

In theory - but these days so many of my books are back in the library, or on my Kindle, or loaded into Itunes for listening. I realized years ago that if I kept buying books we'd have to get a new house for ourselves. My shelves, such as they are these days, are mostly to be found on Goodreads.

I'd be into it. I have one main book case, not even large, because I've actively tried to get rid of books unless they meant something, sorta. I'd never be able to annotate a whole photo, but a few highlights? Mos def.
