Sriracha Garlic Wings [More:]I made this with sambal oelek instead of sriracha, let the wings marinate overnight, turned the wings halfway through baking, didn't bother with either the scallions or the peanuts, and it was GOOD. [Don't be discouraged if the marinade tastes overly sweet at first. It will mellow in the fridge.]

The only thing I'll do differently next time is hit the foil with cooking spray to avoid losing any of the precious skin.
That sounds great, although I don't like wings, so I'll probably try this with drumsticks.

A test batch using half the recommended amount of Sriracha may be a wise move for those who don't like super-spicy wings, and I'm saying that as someone who loves atomic-level wings.

Looks good. Sriracha already has garlic, so adding more makes it extra garlicy...

I'm not much of a wings guy myself, but I do partake once a month with some friends. We go to a place and ask for 4 X wings: Extra crispy, extra hot, extra sauce, extra veggies. They're pretty good, though last time we didn't have extra sauce, and it wasn't quite the same. The place we go gave us a sample one time of their "afterburner" sauce, which is made with ghost chiles. Definitely extremely hot, but still had good flavor. It's not my kind of meal normally, but hanging out with the guys once a month with wings and beer is pretty good. Plus I like good spicy food once in awhile.

Oh, this does sound good! I'm planning to have friends over to watch the original Star Wars trilogy and need a recipe for hot wings* to go on the buffet.

*Of course, we will call them "Hoth wings." I might be a SUPERDORK!
