Yay! ... Boo! ... Yay! I rode just over 3 miles on my bike today. Boo! My muscles are screaming. →[More:] You know what to do.

I went to yoga twice this week (since I'll have to skip next week's class). Yay!
I haven't gone to bed at a decent hour all week. Boo!

Yay ! I survived an hour of cardio at the gym, followed by yoga and then a long walk along the beach

Boo! I only got 4 hours sleep last night and I am very, very tired

Yay! Had a great day yesterday including two long walks with workerdog.

Boo! I cooked the steaks I had marinated overnight and they were gross. Not spoiled, just yucky.

Yay! workerdog had a steak breakfast!

Yay! My annual review at work was better than I had anticipated.

Boo! I'm still sick, with blocked sinuses and congested chest so (double Boo!) no running this weekend.

Yay! Was able to play volleyball this morning.

Boo! No stamina (after being sick this week). I'm wiped out now, from fairly moderate play.
