Oui, Clew-zoe. Inspector Clew-zoe. Minkeys? OMG I just found these Clouseaus and they rock, lol. [More:]

Unfortunately the regular version has become collectible and runs $70, but the blown-up Inspector is on sale for $10.

If you're a toy-head like me, you might also enjoy Funko's Pop Vinyl line, with everyhting from V (for Vendetta) to Rudolph and the Abominable. Myself, though, alas, I'm trying to curb my plastic addiction...
I'd really like to get a 'My Little Cthulhu', but it looks it's not available anymore. (Saved from myself, I guess...I think the price was about $300 US. O_O )

What amazes me is how Funko's Pop Vinyl got licensed characters from all sources into a single product line. Does Disney know there are stores where Mickey Mouse and Snow White sit next to Freddy Kruger and Jason Voorhees? Do they care anymore?

And I'm surprised the Inspector toys use the name Clouseau, since the original cartoons on The Pink Panther Show (that I saw first-run as a kid) specifically just called him "The Inspector". Possibly because they didn't get Peter Sellers to do the voice... but then, in the format of the cartoon, the character's only utterances were usually screams and cries of pain.

That My Little Cthulhu is freakin' great, Kronos. Did you ever see the website of the fellow who did the entire JLA as MLPs? The original site is gone (WHYYYYY!? why would anyone take a site like that down?!) but this guy 'blogs about it with three photos, and there's a resurgence here on Deviant including Deadpool, lol.

I'm still regretting never buying a Plush Cthulhu, heh.

Yeah, swellfoop, Funko Pop has an amazing range of characters. Pretty impressive. I never expect Time-Warner (DC) and Marvel (Disney) to play well together, especially since the time of their new overlords. Some of the Funko Pop series are just perfect (Batman, Rudolph, etc.), while others aren't so impressive, but I think it's in part due to the artists' sculpts but also just a matter of which characters work well in "mini-mode".

And I'm surprised the Inspector toys use the name Clouseau, since the original cartoons on The Pink Panther Show...

This fellow says the "sculpt bears more of a resemblance to the Richard Williams design, used in his famous title sequences from the Peter Sellers films". Yeah, I loved those Pink Panther 'toons when I was a kid, too.

Oh no, not vinyl! I've filtered all my Kid Robot emails into a email folder that I never read, so I am rarely taunted by vinyl toys. But now I saw Pop Disney Maleficent, which I would buy for my wife, but it would really be for me. And I keep thinking about the toy shop down the street, which had/has a 50% off Schleich sale, so the $40 war elephant was/is only $20.

(Out of action for a while - a dose of the flu :P) I hadn't seen those, shane; Deadpool Pony is pretty funny. Looks like the site is still up: 'Toy Vault' has a bunch of eldritch plushies. I got one from there; they're not too expensive, and well made. It's on top of the printer right now, staring...at...me....

Ooooo. Pop Disney Maleficent is nicely done! MUST. RESIST. I already have a Rudolph on a shelf next to a (non-Funko) Tokidoki Tiger watched over by Batman, not far from a Sonic the Hedgehog (I've never played the game -- should I? -- it was just cool and really cheap on sale) who's defying gravity standing on a horizontal surface.

Ooo, Eldritch Plushie temptation too! Gee, thanks a lot, Kronos, heh. And these Bumbles are so fun as well...

Ghaaah!, I need to spend my $$ on Sculpey & plastilene and sculpt more of my own art.
;-P

Did I say horizontal? I meant Sonic stands on vertical surfaces...
