I am ALSO sharing my wedding pictures. Thank you for letting me preen.→[More:]We also had a fantastic set of engagement pictures, taken in Chicago four days before the wedding. Not bad for never having met the photographer before :)

We both hate photos, so we are very pleased that these turned out so wonderfully.

Those are awesome! I knew we had another recent wedding in the bunch. Better still, you got married at the Mansion Hill Inn! (I did both my undergrad and grad at UW-Madison, one of my best friends worked at MHI for YEARS).

Thank you! It was remarkable; I was first worried that I wouldn't fit into their largest size (stupid bridal industry), and as you may remember from many tooth-gnashing updates the company refused to supply a swatch bigger than my thumb. So when we actually got the dress, I was shocked to find that we didn't even have to alter the top, just hem it.

(Well, okay, my bra does poke out in a bunch of pictures [NOT THESE] but that's the fault of my boobs, not the dress :P)

Lovely. You're the second bride I've recently seen in a mid-length red dress, and I think it's a great look for a wedding dress.
