GRRRRARRRRRR Paperwork Shouting Thread →[More:]The scholarship application essay has to be uploaded in a little plain-text box that counts your words differently from Microsoft Word! AND because it's a plain-text box, I can't include my awesome but simple mock-up that's just a simple Microsoft Word table. Which I now have to *explain*. And I don't have enough words left under the limit to do this.

The chart saves me so much explanation! What a waste. Ugh.

(And I'm moving in the morning. And also going to England, via Germany and Belgium.)

Not to add to your grrr, but if they're asking for an essay, you probably don't want to give them a chart anyway. Trust me, the purpose of any application essay is not to eliminate yourself with it (you'd be surprised how many people have trouble with this). Nothing weird, self-deprecating, or controversial. Keep it simple, highlight your accomplishments. (Nothing you don't know, I'm sure.)

Sounds like an exciting time anyway, if a bit stressful. I'm a bit bored lately myself. In any case, good luck!
