Is there a self-hosted version of something like Flavors.me? →[More:]I would like a similar page that Flavors.me offers (integrating all my social accounts), but software I can host myself on my domain (and avoid paying Flavors.me $20/year) and have a bit more customization available. Anyone know of anything?

I don't know of anything that does quite the same style as Flavors.me (which is surprising, as it's seems like it would be a pretty simple thing to code).

But there are a couple of decent-looking 'lifestream' apps out there: Storytlr, and Lifestream (which is a WordPress plugin). Would that kind of thing work for you?
