Watermelon, arugula, mint and feta salad. I just made this and it was too delicious not to share the recipe with you. →[More:]
The refreshing crunch of the watermelon, the peppery rocket, the salty feta, the fragrant mint and the citrus/honey dressing make the most wonderful combination.

I love interesting combinations of foodstuff. As well I've seen this a couple of times on foodie websites. But honestly, and no disrespect, no. Not my taste, but you rock it. And have fun.

mightshould, I saw the Barefoot Contessa (Ina Garten) make it on her TV show and thought, hmmm, I have all the ingredients to make that in the fridge.

That sounds yummy. A good summer salad.

It'd be fun to do an all-fruit dinner.

Start with chilled peach soup, then watermelon salad, then... Hmmm. I dunno what to do for an entree.
