Eggs Sothoth I have eaten an eldritch horror - neither squamous nor rugose - and I fear my time is short.

The brother-in-law reads a lot of Lovecraft and came across some fan-fiction which references a Lovecraft cafe, which has a menu of various oddities, but included a reference to something called Eggs Sothoth.
Being a foodie, he decided to make it and we ate the first experiment today. It contains...
...eggs, scrambled with chorizo, onion, garlic, tomato, green coriander and spices, piled onto bread fried in goose fat, topped with Cheddar and Gorgonzola, topped with guacamole and sprinkled with fresh lime juice and smoked Tabasco.
We had a blast making it and doing a Lovecraftian photo shoot but my gallbladder is making rude noises (should it tick disturbingly??) and I shall be living on Alka-Seltzer for the rest of the week.
