1 C milk
3/4 C sugar
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
5 Peppermint Joe-Joe's cookies (from Trader Joe), crushed and frozen.

In a non-reactive pot, heat milk and cream on the stove until warm. Meanwhile, mix eggs and sugar. Temper the eggs with the hot cream and milk and add to pot.

Let cool, add vanilla.

Use this mix in your ice cream maker and follow your usual directions. When it's close to done, add the frozen crushed cookies. Remove to the freezer to harden.
