Sugar Glider Update Boo and Mya are back from the vet and things are looking up.→[More:]

Boo has a bacterial infection in his eyes. This is bad, but he is now on antibiotics with steroids, so he should be on the mend soon.

Surprisingly, he does not appear to have the protazoal (protazoan?) parisites that Mya has. This is odd because if one glider has it, it's likely the whole colony has it. That would be eight sick gliders for us.

Mya's eye is looking better, but the swelling of her third eyelid is not gone.

They are both going to the vet again on the 7th, so hopefully they're all back to normal by then. In the meantime, they are both in good spirits and have hearty appetites. They also say thanks for the earlier whuffles.
