if i hear the names blanche lincoln and bill halter a few more times, i am going to smash my cell phone and break my tv. i can't even watch effing espn without seeing this crap.
i used to save stuff from youtube using a firefox plugin called downloadhelper. it was a pain though, half the time there were six or seven files on there and you had to guess at which one was the actual movie. and the download was usually really slow for some reason.
flashgot works for me.

Do you know what I hate in this round of Political Catchprase Party? People who call themselves "Tax Fighters." At first I thought Etta Waterfield was alone in this (her signs yell "Conservative Tax Fighter: ETTA! Waterfield"), but Tax Fighter is a more common title than I ever imagined. There was even a Tax Fighter of the Year award given out this year. Want to fight taxes? Let's cut legislative budgets, once you're in office. You know, once you're a government employee.

This is wonderful. Split the party and ensure Obama gets re-elected in 2012. This is perfect.

What, are you really surprised by this? I mean, we've already had Scott Brown and that guy in upstate NY.

What's going to be fun is watching the GOP tear itself apart as it ideologically cleanses itself of moderates. Demographically, this is not the smartest move.

I do expect that next year's Congress will have a high-water-mark number of Alan-Keyes-level out-and-out crazy critters. Like the "barter for health services" woman.
