Does anyone have an APA style guide handy, or have it committed to memory?[More:]

Does the APA require that decades (e.g., 1990s) include the stupid, wrong-headed apostrophe (i.e., 1990's)? I'm hoping it's only the New Yorker that still does that, but need to be certain.
