Good foods start with "C" Since I have time on my hands and my hands are free from work all day they seem to like to find things to put into my mouth.(Whee! I'm two) I've decided that the best foods begin with C[More:]

Cookies
Cake
Chocolate
Candy
Coffee

and there's the good/better for you ones:
Carrots

My goal is to not miss any C foods - what needs to be on the list?
Caramel apples

Cardamom Chai

Place 3 or 4 cardamom pods in mortar and pestle and stomp on them until they break open. Then, remove black seeds inside and discard empty pods. Grind black seeds until they're powdery.

Heat up two cups of milk in a saucepan with 2 to 4 tsps of sugar and the ground up cardamom. Use whole milk or two percent for this, not skim. One percent will do in a pinch. Watch the pan closely. When the milk starts to foam up, remove it from heat, and add 2 heaping tsps of loose black tea. Stir and let it sit for a minute or two. Strain and serve.
