Tonight at my kid's baseball game... →[More:]My husband saw the Space Shuttle on top of a 747 being flown home to Cape Canaveral. He and the other coaches, kids, and parents said it appeared so low and slow in the sky and said it was magnificent. He snapped a pic with his cellphone.

We just got home and husband ran out to play cards. I'll post a picture tonight or tomorrow. I didn't get to see the shuttle because I was inside the rec's gym with my other kid.

I thought this was pretty cool and thought I'd share. I have never seen it piggybacked.

That is cool. I always used to love it when the Concorde flew overhead. People would stop to look up at it.

Oh, that is awesome.

EJ, I used to live under the Concorde flightpath in west London and at 9pm every day we would have to stop our conversations because the noise levels were huge. It was very cool though.

I grew up with the roulettes practicing every day. It wore off. I'm still really 'meh!' whenever I see formation flying.

This kind of makes me sad...

but then I see it again, and go "meh!"

My sister tells me that I have seen it piggybacked before. I can't remember anything.
