I had a great Mother's Day. →[More:]I wasn't feeling well yesterday, and slept in a little today, but not so much that it was wasted.

I got to just hang out in my jammies. My bathroom and kitchen are wonderfully clean, thanks to the kids and the husband. We had a very nice dinner of chicken salad in pita, and watched 3 episodes of Trigun together. It's currently a family favorite. The kids made a point to not bicker with each other, like they've been doing for months. That was a huge relief, but I expect it to start in again tomorrow.

Slightly belated Happy Mother's Day to everyone who ever took on that job, in whatever capacity. It sure isn't just about pushing them out.
