Not sure if anyone here has been playing fallout 3 But if you set your xbox to download the newest expansion this morning before leaving DO NOT play it when you get home. [More:]I just tried to download it, and MS pulled it completely from xbox live. I guess there are TONS of bugs, and some people are saying their original save game files have been corrupted.

MS is blaming Bethesda, Bethesda is blaming MS, but no matter whose fault it is, opening that expansion before the patch will lead to a lot of frustration.
Played it, loved it. I haven't played any of the expansions yet, I am waiting for the third part to come out and then I will do a new game with all the added stuff. Broken Steel will redo the ending, which was the only really weak part of the game.

Agreed. Well, that and the level cap. I hit 20 on mine and had it not been there I'd be 30 by now at least. (I finished and went back to a prior save to do side quests).

I like this thread because I know you're communicating effectively, but I still have no idea what in the hell you're talking about.

I've got a Nuka Cola bottle opener. But no, I haven't been playing Fallout 3. Mostly Skate 2, these days.

I don't have any machine that will play it but I'd love to since it's all set here in the 'Burgh or at least some alternative reality version. This shot here is the 10th Street Bridge which I drive past or over all the time.

I remain heartbroken over the nerfing of S.P.E.C.I.A.L., despite playing the hell out of the game when it came out and being glad that it exists.

Your character can't really be bad at anything. It's like a living metaphor for game reviews that use a scale of 7-10.

Which wouldn't be so bad as far as the physical stuff, I guess; anything numerical can be fixed by a mod, in principle.

But, god dammit, you can't be stupid. And one of the very best things about the original games was that they wrote alt dialogue and quest trees for stupid characters. It was wonderful. And no joy.

mudpuppie, I have to tell you that this not only made me smile when I'm super crabby, but made me like you even more.
