Do any of you blog? [More:]Any of you who write about their life, so that I can follow them on-line. Yes, I know, we do have this place, and Metafilter, and not to forget Twitter, but I was thinking of something a little bit more, personal. Something that I can read of yours and go, yeah, I know how that feels... ?

I know I've done this before, but I didn't really stick to it, but I plan to this time... I know some of you might be going--oh no, here he goes again, but I would really like for us to know about each other better, if we can--so is anyone up to it.
I don't blog any more. I prefer keeping a handwritten journal.

I don't have a talent for writing so I don't have a blog. I find it difficult to be interesting and to keep a blog current. I also tend to sound very narcissistic and begin most of my sentences with an "I", which is always a big downer.

I've got an LJ, but due to the fact that I mention a lot of TMI and work-related shiz, it's friends-locked, which means you have to have an LJ account. :(

About the closest I get to blogging is posting daily photos of my baby (mainly for the benefit of her grandmother in New Zealand). She is pretty much my life at the moment, anyway.

I blog, very occasionally, about my car but I'm not really interested in blogging about my personal life.

Hey, gaspode--I'm sorry if you've posted this before, but, I was wondering if you wouldn't mind posting your babies picture over here, if you haven't already. (If you have, then could you point me in the direction where you posted it, so that I can take a look at the beautiful mom and her daughter--a tiny, winy little gaspode--how sweet!)

octothorpe, no problem man, it's all good, and I bet the car's good too. :)

I have a random blog, and a techy blog, and a Livejournal that are all linked from my home page. I post to them rarely, despite best intentions to the opposite.

I blogged daily from 1998-2001. Got way tired of it. Too much like work.

I do book reviews, though my site is sadly neglected. I don't blog about my life. I get any such instincts fulfilled through emails to friends, posts on Facebook, and posts here.

I blog, mostly about knitting but a little about my life.

Actually, it's more accurate to say that I don't blog, since it's only updated once every year or so. It takes a lot of work to write posts up to my own standard, and I'm one of those typical Gen Y'ers who has high standards and low motivation.

hadjiboy - here's a very old one that I keep up because I'm proud of the writing in it: www.wyw5.blogspot.com

Anyone else up in this shiznizfizzhizzy can check it out also.

I've been blogging since June 2001. Started out at GeoCities; since then I've been at Blogger, my own site, vox and now back to Blogger. I have a Livejournal but it's only so I can use the site. There have been some gaps in there but I've never gone longer than a few months without a post.

Mine's here. Most whatever I'm reading and some link roundups.

I rode my bike to work today. Set up some downloads. Decided work sucked; so I rode to the liquor store. I bought a 4-pack (matches my abs, heh) of Boddington.

Rode to park, at an apple, nectarine, and 1/3 pound of salted in the shell peanuts. Saw some of my 'pet' squirrels (they will soon aid me in wirld conkwest) and they too enjoyed my lunch. Drank a Boddingtons.

Did 80 pushups and 160 situps. Did cool down stretches, and had another beer.

Rode back to work.
That is my blog for the day. And work still kinda sucks. Eh. Hope you enjoyed my blog.

I used to, at tickingaway.org but I gave it all up because I had to work at maintaining interest and that's not how it's supposed to be. There's nothing there now, bit there is some stuff archived on archive.org I think.

Thanks a lot guys, especially, you, gaspode--I love the ones with you on the pier, with you and your friend April, and the one with little gaspode, telling you enough is enough.

Jesus, TheophileEscargot, that is some serious reading you've got going on there... :)

Cool rollick, I really like those (are they called--Bloody Marries--I've never really seen them before) and that's what the link tells me... looks like a very, energetic drink, but I maybe wrong with it being called a Bloody Mary and all.

Those shrubs, or whatever they are, on it, look kind of great :)

Can I come in late?

I have a Mommyblog and also a partly public LJ that has a lot of random links and pictures of my son.

Now I'm going to go look at photos of gaspode's baby.
