Lyrics Game...with a theme! I'm not going to spell out the theme...but it shouldn't be too hard to spot.→[More:]
#1 - There will be parties, there will be fun.
#2 - Them playin' leapfrog and hearin' about Snow White,
#3 - Now I know your mama she don't like me 'cause I play in a rock and roll band
#4 - My kids are small, 4 and 3
#5 - He's outrageous, he screams and he bawls
#6 - And when I speak of you I see envy in other men's eyes,
#7 - If you're after getting the honey, then you don't go killing all the bees
#8 - She was low down and trifling, and she was cold and mean
#9 - Dont shoot that singer (youre shooting number one)
#10 - I guess Nashville was the roughest, but I know I said the same about them all.

Argh, rocket88, of course! I had the lyric running through my head, but somehow my brain was telling me it was Jimmy Jazz (Clash). Why my brain would do that, I have no idea, because I knew it wasn't right, but couldn't get the song.

Here's another (perhaps more telling) couplet from this song:
Stayin' up for days in the Chelsea Hotel,
Writin' "Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands" for you.

#10 - I guess Nashville was the roughest, but I know I said the same about them all.
This is a lesser known song, perhaps, by a certain redheaded pothead from Texas. Here's another great verse:
Almost busted in Laredo,
But for reasons that I'd rather not disclose,
But if you're stayin' in a motel there and leave,
Just don't leave nothin' in your clothes.

And keep in mind that all the titles to this batch include names!

Nice added clue--#2 is 'Sara,' by Bob Dylan, from the Desire album.

Yup, box is right. A song that was reputedly an attempt at reconciliation on Bob's part, released on 1976's Desire. Given that I'm pretty sure most of Idiot Wind is aimed at Sara, I'm not sure this song would be enough...

#10 is Me & Paul, by Willie Nelson...Here's the great version he did at the VH1 Storytellers with Willie and Johnny Cash.
