i hope my car is ok >_< →[More:] Today I left my car in a (uncovered) parking lot at HOU where the entrance was marked with a sign something like:

0-6 hr $3.00
7-24 hr $6.00

and there was a box that spit out a ticket which I am holding on to now in FL where friends are getting married, and I won't be back until Sunday, and I really hope I picked the right parking lot. I've never done this before. Especially not with a car I own. eek.

Is there a phone number on the ticket? Call them. Parking attendants are generally understanding, and if you explain before they tow that would be a lot better.

Wow. Parking at O'Hare is $30 a day in the main lot, some of which is uncovered and still a long trek to the terminal. I don't think you have to worry about being towed. It seems like at worst you'll owe $18 or so, which sounds like a real bargain to me! Have a good time in Florida. That sounds good to me now too.
