Today I turn 50! →[More:] 10 years ago, I was recovering from heart attack #1 and a quadruple bypass, and 5 years ago, heart attack #2 and my sixth stent, so today really is a happy birthday for me. Thanks, BP, I couldn't have done it without you. After all I have been through, 60 should be a breeze. ;-P

A big thank you all around. I had hoped to be a bit more paticipatory here today, however my visit to the doctor came with its own boomerang. What i thought was just another symptom of anxiety may actually be something physical rather than emotional. It's not major and may never be any more than a minor hindrance but it ate up my afternoon. Anyway, thanks again for all the well wishes. You guys are the greatest.
