OMG I made this on Friday! The salmon-red curry.→[More:] It was SO good. .and VERY easy to make. Canned curry sauce, and while it called for kecap manis, which is a sweet Indonesean sauce, I just used soy sauce instead, since I would have had to buy a liter of the stuff. Added some lime juice.

Just very very very good, and easy.

You could do this on any sort of animal flesh . .be it another kind of fish, chicken, etc.

Don't be afraid of kecap manis, danf. You'd be surprised how quickly you can go through a liter of it. I loooooooooove kecap manis, and any recipe that calls for it. I have all the ingredients for your salmon red curry. I think I'm gonna make it tomorrow night. Thanks!

In the Netherlands Kecap Manis is the default soy sauce because of old colonial ties to Indonesia. We pronounce it ketyap.
