~~muxtape~~ 8tracks music update. Muxtape's dead, and I'm sure that 8tracks days are numbered, but until then, here's a mix of strange stuff.→[More:]
Lustmord Coil :zoviet*france: Coro de monjes del Monasterio Benedictino de Santo Domingo de Silos muslimgauze Current 93.
The final track is 18 minutes of repetition. I'd listened to this with a friend of mine and after a while we'd found you can hear a voice chanting, among other things.

Trance-enducing, thus the title, but it seems that that kind of trance gets mixed up with the other type. :)

Try disabling AdBlock mebbe? Also, NoScript interferes with it as well - allow everything on the page.

Okay! Got it! I had permitted the page in No-Script, but I had to make an exception in AdBlock.

If anyone else needs to do this: to make an exception, go to Tools > Addons > AdBlock Plus > Options > Add Filter then paste in @@http://8tracks.com/Zack_Replica/ and click "okay" (or "apply").

It's the @@ that makes the url an exception.

Also, if anyone likes the Gregorian chants, Here's 2 zip files for you to download. Here's the first @ 65meg and the second @ 66meg. They'll each take about 15min on a cable connection. Tomorrow I'll probably put them up in individual files, if requested. Very nice, mellow stuff. (well really, they're monks, not Motorhead. what do ya expect?)

Ugh. Tired, not posting correctly... The chants, specifically, are from this CD, "Coro de monjes del Monasterio Benedictino de Santo Domingo de Silos - Canto Gregoriano." So there.

Ok, music for anyone who wants it... I've taken the individual tracks of Canto Gregoriano I'd uploaded in zip files and put them all up individually, in two folders. CD1 and CD2.

Also I've changed a song on the 8tracks playlist - switched Muslimgauze's "Dissidents in Exile" for "Priest", which works better in the mix.

Ok, sure. Since I'm going crazy with the uploads today.....

Torchwood did a radio play as part of the BBC's special for the inauguration of the CERN project. The play, "Lost Souls," was broadcast on Radio4 on Sept.10.08, and hasn't been broadcast anywhere else. If you missed it, and would like to listen, it's here (20meg file, running time is about 45min).
