Mmmm...Apple Pie Ice Cream →[More:]Made this with Alice over the weekend:
2 eggs
2/4 C sugar
2 C cream
1 C milk
1 C Apple Butter (I used homemade)
1 batch streusel topping, baked then frozen

Whisk eggs and then whisk in sugar. Whisk in eggs. Mix in cream, milk and apple butter. Chill thoroughly. Freeze in your ice cream maker and when it gets close to done, add in the streusel.

Streusel
2 T butter
2 T flour
5 T sugar
1/4 - 1/2 t cinnamon
Mix/cut butter, flour and sugar until you have a mix of heavy crumbs. Stir in cinnamon. Spread on a pan and bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Let cool and break into little pieces and freeze.
