MeСha Russophones: How do I complement someone's dumpling-making skills? [More:]

So on Sunday, I'm going to the home of one of the maintenance people at the school where I work, as she's invited a bunch of the expat teachers over to learn how to make pelmeni, which are the pierogi/ravioli/potsitcker/dumpling variant in this part of the world. Her main language is Russian.

I'd love to bite into one of our handmade delights and exclaim my thanks for her instructional prowess - something like, "Wow, these are delicious - you're a better teacher than we are!"

Спасибо!
My Russian's terrible, but you could try:

Ochen vkoosna! Vui dazha loocha prepodavatselnitsa nas!

That's a pretty direct translation.

You might try something like:
"Really tasty! You teach better than we do!"

Which would be something like

Ochen vkoosna! Vui na-oocheetye loochye nas!

If anyone who's spoken Russian more recently than 10 years ago gives you suggestions, I'd go with theirs.
