It's been a few months so I just gave the cats some 'nip. Kitty is →[More:]cleaning himself very, very, slowly with periodic pauses to sniff the air, head held very high.

Whitey Ford is on his back rolling around, all legs out, toes spread so his feet look like catchers mitts. He watches his toes with a glassy eyed "whoa DUDE!" kinda look until he flips upright into a dignified "what?" posture before he again flops on his back.

I can haz buzz?

Dude, I've got a new roommate as of monday, and it's a HUGE plus that she's bringing a cat with her! I sooooo miss living with a little four legged friend!

Pie, for several years I was without little four legged friends because of work/travel. I hated it. Now I have 22 lbs of cats on my lap and I am losing feeling in my feet but it's OK.

One of my cats might have overdosed on catnip. He was NUTS about it until he got into the cabinet where it was and rolled himself in it all drooly and licky and purry for an hour until I caught him and cleaned up the mess he had created of catnip all over the floor.

After that I offered a few months later and he was like "naah."

Yay, pie! I never had cats before about 7 years ago and now like arsey I have one in my lap every night. They turn into lolling logs on the 'nip.

Hilarious. I still have some "kind" nip we grew last summer and dried. It's in a ziploc in the pet stuff cabinet, and there are mornings when I'm feeding the beasts that Buju will feel a little frisky and pull the bag out of the cabinet while I'm not looking. Like "Dude, I need a fix, now!"
