"Catastrophic Failure Number Three" guessing thread..... well, they say trouble comes in threes and I do hate surprises so what's your best guess?

Catastrophic Failure Number one: Total failure since yesterday of the servers (I think) at work. Some problems with the back-ups mean none of my team of 17 people can do anything as we are remote workers. Even the websites are down and the exchange where we can usually get our e-mails remotely. Another 300 people working in the main office are trying to keep busy filing and whatever. I feel really, really bad for our IT/Web people because the IT department is in the middle of an external audit with Deloitte Touche. The conspiracy theorist in me is suspicious. I feel even worse for the thousands of surgical trainees all over the country who cannot access their training records during one of the most important weeks of the year (annual progress reviews, another suspicious sniff there.
Catastrophic Failure Number two: Car handbrake gave way suddenly while it is parked (on the drive which slopes down to the house, natch) and it impacts on the guttering and garage. No real damage (OK guttering is smashed but that is cheap) but when I move it it is clear something is badly wrong with the foot brake as well. Just waiting for the tow now to take it to the garage. I had it in there last week cos I had a problem with the starter (you have to press the brake and push the start button and that wasn't working). They told me "Computer says NO!" so having hooked it up to their super-dooper new diagnostic computer, it couldn't find anything wrong so car came home. If the computer says no again, I'm liable to smash the computer.
Over to you guys.... I could do with a smile....what's your best guess for
Number three?
